Experience/Background
Barb began her business career as a receptionist in mortgage banking over 33 years ago and has never left the business. Prior to becoming a loan officer in 1982, she worked in construction financing, escrow, underwriting and processing. This experience helps Barb anticipate the flow of the loan process

Since joining Golf Savings Bank early in 2000 she has made the Chairman’s Club and takes great pride in working with all loan products.

Specializing in
Barb’s specialty is her versatility. She works with first time homebuyers all the way to large investors: rehab loans, construction, move-ups and move-downs, one to four family units; FHA, VA and Conventional loans.

Most products are underwritten at her desk, and Barb can get a loan approved in rapid time: “about two hours,” she proudly states. Working for a bank with brokers allows for very competitive interest rates & fees.

She loves her job, her family and her life. Her husband Mike is a stay at home dad for Michaela who is 11 years old. This allows Barb to fully concentrate on her clients. The family enjoys camping, golf and their dogs Mitchell and Lily.
